1. Shipping Service Area
We currently offer shipping services to all addresses within the United States. At present, we do not provide international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days upon receipt of cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- In case of high – volume sales periods or customized orders, processing times may be extended. For customized women’s dresses, the processing time can be up to 5 – 7 business days. We will notify you in advance if there will be any significant delay in processing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
3.1 Standard Shipping
- We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx (Federal Express) to offer standard shipping.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3 – 7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3.2 Expedited Shipping
- If you need your order to arrive more quickly, you can choose expedited shipping. This service is also provided through UPS or FedEx.
- With expedited shipping, your order is expected to be delivered within 2 – 3 business days after shipping. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and can be affected by factors such as shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Express Shipping
- For the fastest delivery, we offer express shipping via FedEx or UPS.
- Express shipping typically guarantees delivery within 1 – 2 business days after the order has been shipped. However, actual delivery may be subject to various factors including carrier – specific limitations and destination – related constraints.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Standard Shipping
- For orders with a total value less than $50, a standard shipping fee of $6 will be charged.
- Orders with a total value of $50 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.
4.2 Expedited Shipping
- The cost of expedited shipping depends on the weight of the package and the destination. During the checkout process, the system will calculate and display the exact expedited shipping fee based on your order details. Generally, it ranges from $10 – $20.
4.3 Express Shipping
- Express shipping fees are also determined by the package weight and destination. This fee usually ranges from $20 – $35. You will be able to view the express shipping cost during the checkout process.
5. Shipping Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the official website of the respective shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address during the ordering process. Please include your full name, street address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code.
- We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re – shipping. In such cases, you may be required to bear the additional shipping costs.

- In the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, labor strikes at shipping carriers, or other force majeure events, shipping times may be extended.
